As part of the Insights to Startups Speaker Series, LeapGen IIT Accelerator successfully conducted a session on “The Start-Up HR Blueprint” on 27 February 2026.
The session was facilitated by Ms. Madhavi Abeysinghe, Head of Human Resources at Gennext Sri Lanka, and focused on the importance of building strong human resource foundations within startups.
