As part of the Insights to Startups – Round 2 speaker series, LeapGen IIT Accelerator hosted its fifth session, “Applied Psychology for Early-Stage Entrepreneurs,” facilitated by Rajitha Dhananjaya Fernando.
The session explored the human side of entrepreneurship and highlighted how psychology can influence decision-making, leadership, communication, resilience, and entrepreneurial behaviour. Participants gained insights into understanding themselves and others, managing challenges, making informed decisions, and developing stronger mindsets for navigating the early stages of building a startup.
